Return Policy

Please note all items are final sale and cannot be returned. Only defective handmade items may be returned for a full refund or exchange please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns for Handmade Products:

For defective or damaged handmade products please contact us at All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must in unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. To return a handmade item please email customer service at

Tumbler Returns:

Returns for damaged tumblers will not be accepted unless accompanied by a video of the package being opened upon receipt. Video must contain all angles of the package and be continuous until the package is opened and the damage is shown. 


Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping return charges. It is strongly recommended that you use a trackable method to mail your return. If a return is shipped without delivery confirmation and is lost, an exchange or refund will not be issued. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

Purchase Quantity Limits

To ensure fairness and availability for all customers, we implement a purchase limit policy of two items, per-style, per day. This means that each customer can purchase a maximum of two items of the same style within a 24-hour period.


Each keychain is handmade and may have quantity restrictions due to limited availability or exclusivity. Exceptions to the two-per-style per day limit policy will be clearly communicated on the product page.

Please note that quantity restrictions may apply to both individual customer accounts or single orders. However, there might also be limitations on multiple orders made by the same customer or account, utilizing the same credit card, billing and/or shipping address, or exhibiting characteristics that suggest they originate from a single customer or source. In such cases, any quantity exceeding the product limit may be removed from your order and refunded if payment has already been processed.

If your order exceeds the permitted quantity for a specific product, any excess quantity may be removed from your order and refunded if payment has already been processed.
